Reservations and Payments
Reservation fee's are due the day you book your inflatable. It is a non-refundable fee. The reservation, reserves your party date, time, and inflatable of your choice. Full payments will be collected at your requested delivery date. All payments must be payed in cash or credit card.

Cancellation Fee: $50.00 if canceled the day of your scheduled party date.

Delivery
Inflatables will be delivered 1 to 3 hours prior to your party start time. An adult 18+ must be present before setup can take place. The unit cannot be moved once installed. An additional payment fee will be required if an employee is asked to move the unit after installation. The setup location must be easily accessible from the delivery vehicle. A $50 delivery fee will be charged if the party is outside our delivering area.
Setup
Setup takes 15 to 30 minutes. The staff on site will inspect for safety, check operation, and discuss contract guidelines.
Most inflatables require a minimum space of 20 x 20 square feet and a height of 20 feet. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is the required amount of space and to provide a clean flat area for the unit. Area must be clear of sharp objects, pet waste, and other debris. Other inflatables will require more space and will be discussed at the time of your reservation. Household electrical outlet must be available within 75 feet of where the unit will be installed, if electricity is not available a generator must be used (an additional fee for renting a generator will be charged).

Pickup
Rentals will be picked up 30 minutes prior to your scheduled end time. Please let us know if an exact pickup time is needed. Understand it will take approximately 30 minutes to break down and remove the units.

Sprinkler Systems
Inflatable Bounce World is not liable for any damage done to sprinkler systems. The customer is responsible for letting our employee's know where the sprinkler heads are located to avoid any damage. Please do not water your lawn 24 hour prior to your setup time.
Loss of Power
When there is a loss of electrical power the unit will start to deflate. The individual(s) supervising the event should help all users safely and quickly exit the unit. Once everyone has exited the unit, check if the power to the blower has been interrupted and make sure the power switch is on the "ON" position.
Damage
If the unit becomes damaged while being operated and deflates, please exit the unit immediately. Food, candy, gum, leave stains on the inflatables. Silly string permanently damages the inflatables. We ask to keep all edible and stilly string off the units. If the unit becomes damaged during a customers party and was in good condition at set up time, the customer is responsible for fixing the damages or replacing the unit. If the unit becomes damaged please contact our office immediately.
Poor Weather
If heavy rain or winds and lightning occur during your rental time, evacuate the unit quickly and safely. If the unit is wet inside once the weather passes, please towel dry the unit before use. Should Inflatable Bounce World cancel your reservation due to weather conditions, your reservation will be reserved for a future date and your reservation fee will be saved.
